Simply send us an email with the breakdown of the exact items you will need for your wedding. We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price quote. Packages are our speciality and making them to your exact specifications is what we do best. A picture is taken of all items and emailed to you for your approval. Nothing is shipped to you, until we have your approval after viewing the picture!!. ANY AND ALL changes you require will be made to ensure the bouquets are the look you are wanting.

Once we receive your order we have an agreement and I will do whatever is necessary to ensure you are happy. I am a home business and flowers are purchased after I receive your payment - therefore in a situation where the order needs to be cancelled, refunds will be less the supplies purchased. Each situation is different and once time has been spent on my part making the flowers we would be past the point of issuing refunds. With the guarantee I offer of changing anything and making everything to your specifications I see no problems arising at all.

We welcome local pickup and delivery via mail of Wedding Packages is in most cases within 20 to 25 business days. Sometimes if flowers have to be ordered or something you require is a special order the time frame may be longer but you will be advised of this upfront. We have no problem with rush orders but you must advise us of this beforehand. If your wedding is soon, and you order without advising us of this we are not responsible for your items not arriving in time. It is in all of our best interests for you to advise us of your wedding date with your order to ensure we do not run into any last minute problems. I want to take some of the wedding pressure off of my brides, by doing their beautiful flowers. Last minute chaos is not good for anyone.
